Auto-Corrected

You play as an out of touch mayor who's trying to figure out social media and keeps tweeting bad auto-corrected messages, angering his citizens.

Fight your way into angry hordes to turn them back into happy citizens and correct your PR mistakes.

This game was made in May 2022 as part of a self-imposed challenge to make a game in 48 non consecutive hours with the theme: CORRECTION.

Post challenge fixes 1.01:

- Fixed a bug where the "lose anger" bump animation would not play when convincing NPCs.
- Added clickable links in the credits to open twitter pages and the game's itch page
- Fixed a bug (finger crossed) where clicking to skip a dialog just before the typewriter effect ends would make you unable to click to skip.
- Made the mayor walk quickly while dashing instead of freezing on whatever sprite he was on at the beginning of the dash.
- Added popup text when Allan Mask is convinced so it's clearer what just happened
- Added a zoom in on Allan Mask during the tutorial so the player understand what he looks like.


Post challenge fixes 1.02:
- Added drop shadows on the player, citizens, props, buildings and projectiles.
- Added an option to toggle V-Sync
- Added an option to show FPS
